With Repair Fee (₱100 – ₱200)
  • Twisted, bent, or damaged fiber cable inside the house
  • Twisted, bent, or damaged fiber cable inside the fence
  • Twisted, bent, or damaged fiber cable outside the house
  • Burned fiber
  • Broken wire of adaptor
No Fee
  • Connectors (both ends)
  • Adaptor unit (excluding the wire)
  • Fiber cable located at the utility pole
Special Case
Modem damage due to water, rain, or other factors — a fee of ₱700 will be charged.
